So you want to book….What’s next…?

To Book

Firstly we need to check our availability for your wedding date. You can use our contact form to check our availability or email us enquiries@cjbeautyandco.co.uk or call us on 01256 842484.

We are not able to hold this date without confirmation by way of a deposit and completed booking form.  Should you wish to book us, we will email our booking form. This must be completed within 24 hours of your request to book. We also ask for a deposit to secure your wedding date with us (£50 for hair, £50 for makeup and £50 for any of our other services) which must be paid in the same timeframe.  We accept BACS and Debit/Credit cards. Please understand that we are not able to provisionally hold the date for you for longer than this.

Consultations and Trials

When your wedding date is booked in with us, we will start by planning your trials (or a mini trial if you are unable to get to a trial).

We advise that you have your trial 1-3 months before the big day – but if you’d prefer to have one sooner we will do our best to accomodate. Trials are usually held at one of our studios – either Basingstoke or Burnham – or we can travel to you (travel fees will apply) if these locations are not convenient for you.

When you arrive for your trial we will sit down with you to chat through your ideas for your big day so that we can get a really good understanding of your style and the look you want us to create for your special day.  Please bring inspiration, pictures, websites, magazines, dress swatches, flowers, – anything to help us understand your wedding so we can create the perfect look for your wedding.

Trial Options: You can choose between our ‘Mini’ Hair Trial, our ‘Standard’ Hair Trial or our ‘Extended’ Hair Trial depending on your needs.  There are a few more options for bridal makeup trials too:  We offer the same ‘Mini Trial’, ‘Standard’ or ‘Extended’ trial options – or you can choose an ‘Airbrush makeup trial’ – or our ‘Combined Makeup Trial’ if you’d like to try both Airbrush makeup and normal makeup.  ‘Combined makeup trials’ are carried out on separate days so you can compare the longevity of both options.

Trials are such an important part of planning your look for your wedding day, giving you the chance to share your ideas, try some different looks and ensure you are happy with your perfect look for your special day!

If you need some inspiration for your Wedding Makeup or Hair take a look at our Bridal Makeup or Bridal Hair Portfolio, or for some more information on the team.

Planning for the Big Day

After your trial we will know and understand all of your specific requirements and will continue to work with you to plan the timings for the day.  We’ll create a detailed itinerary so you understand our timings and so that everything will run perfectly smoothly on the day.  We’ll work with your other suppliers where relevant too – so you can just sit back and know that it is all taken care of.
